BODY TALK
Body Talk is healthcare system, non invasive, subtle and comprehensive that allows the wisdom of the body to tune into the imbalance, pain, stress, trauma or any other particular situation the client is experiencing, and helps correct it. The client is dressed and can be sitting down or lying on the table. Depending on the seriousness and date of origin of the imbalance, the sessions can run from 1 to several sessions for the body to correct it completely. Each body is unique and it will heal based on its own timing and needs. In the majority of the cases, the client will feel or report an immediate state of relaxation, well being. Many feel the symptoms disappear whether it is physical pain, negative thoughts, depression, lack of strength and they feel vitality, energy, will to live and enjoy life, impulse to create, new awareness of their body and health.

CRANIOSACRAL
Craniosacral is the term used by Dr. Upledger to describe the physiological body system consisting of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord, extending from the skull down to the sacrum. He considered the role of this system in the development and performance of the brain and spinal cord as so vital that any imbalance or dysfunction can cause sensory, motor and/or neurological disabilities. During a session where the client is lying on the table fully dressed, light touch is performed on various parts of the body to listen and detect the craniosacral rhythm and its fluid mobility or the source of imbalances or obstructions. Once detected, they can be released and the innate ability of the body can self correct. Clients have reported immediate relief of migranes, headaches, back/neck, a complete sense of wellness, relaxation, relief particularly around the cranium, jaw, nasal bones and surrounding structures as well as free movement and release of pelvis, lower back strength and limbs lightness among others.
