Part II- Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton -The biggest impediment to manifesting the successes we dream are the limitations in our subconscious mind!

Bruce Lipton says in his book: "While almost all organisms have to actually experience the stimuli of life first hand, the human brain's ability to learn perceptions is so advanced that we can actually acquire perceptions indirectly from teachers. Once we accept the perceptions of others as "truths", their perceptions become hardwired into our own brains, becoming "our truths".

He continues explaining that the learned behaviors and beliefs acquired from other people may not support the goal or desires of our conscious mind. He points out that the biggest impediment to manifesting the successes we dream are the limitations programmed into our subconscious mind! These limitations not only influence our behavior, they can also play a major role in determining our physiology and health. The mind plays a powerful role in controlling biological systems that keep us alive.

The conflict arises with the fact that we all learn from our environment since we were conceived and those perceptions determine our personality and our future. So it can be positive if you had parents who taught you positive thinking, conflict resolution and social skills but how about the opposite? The same applies to your peers, your teachers, your environment and how they influenced you to perceive what you have learned as positive or negative.

I invite you to take one minute and ask yourself...who influenced you in your life? Are you consciously choosing who influences your life today? Are you consciously present and aware of the beliefs that limit your life? What about those which spark your full potential? 

By becoming aware of the patterns and beliefs that build a roadblock in our life and dreams, we create the potential to shape our future. It will be your awareness, your becoming conscious that will allow you the potential to erase old negative beliefs and behaviors and program new positive beliefs that will support the vision and health you have always dreamed of and that you deserve today and every day for the rest of your life.

How can you shape your life and health?
